Straight and segmented unitized curtain wall systems
Bronze vision and spandrel glazing across the residential and hotel zones
Gold vision and spandrel glazing for selected facade areas
Frameless gold double-glazed panels with spider fittings on vertical glass fins
Gold, bronze and dark-grey coatings coordinated with aluminium composite panels and framing
ARCHITECTURAL READING
Colour continuity across changing geometry.
The material deck maps finishes across the tower faces, podium and feature spaces. Straight and segmented glazing share a coordinated palette, while gold accents and dark-grey surfaces define selected edges and transitions.
DETAIL COORDINATION
Glass, panels and framing read together.
The deck calls for super-durable powder-coated aluminium extrusion framing to match the visual appearance of the ACP panels. Reviewing these adjacent surfaces together is essential: a finish name alone does not establish a visual match.

GLAZING STRATEGY
Transparency, tone and transition.
Vision and spandrel glass are scheduled separately. Their appearance needs to be evaluated together, including the opaque backing and the framing seen from outside.
Bronze glass: straight and segmented unitized systems, with separate vision and spandrel references for the residential and hotel areas.
Gold feature glass: double-glazed panels on vertical glass fins with spider fittings.
Level-specific glazing: laminated gold double glazing at L2–L4 and laminated bronze double glazing at L7–L11 are identified in the deck.
Clear glass: a super-clear, low-iron selection is identified with its sample still to be confirmed in that document.

FOR ARCHITECTS & CLIENTS
Resolve the interfaces before the repeat.
Three useful review priorities.
Review glass, spandrel backing, coated framing and ACP samples together under representative lighting.
Check the joints where straight and segmented unitized zones meet, including podium and feature-glazing transitions.
Coordinate glass-fin connections, replacement access and installation sequence with the project’s structural and performance requirements.
These are review considerations, not a statement of completed testing or final approval.
